I love training. Being able to improve an individual's skills in a particular area is something that I take great pride in. In fact, much of my research interests and education focus around better understanding communication skill training, development, and acquisition. By utilizing my knowledge of effective training methods and skill acquisition, I am able to help individuals learn about a competency and significantly enhance their abilities in just a few short hours. I recently offered training sessions at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette, Indiana. However, private training workshops will now be available for clients in the Harrisonburg, Virginia or D.C.
